We believe that a more diverse and inclusive workspace supplements our business and also acts as a part of our broader commitment to bring communities together with whom we work and do business with. We are also proud of the fact that we're a certified women-owned business both locally and nationally. Our Supplier Diversity Initiative has enabled us to work with women-owned businesses with now a third of our diverse suppliers owned and operated by women.
